My massage is a blend of several modalities, largely Deep Tissue. We will talk about specific areas of tension and create the perfect pressure level for you, whether you're preparing for a marathon or just unwinding from a long day at the office. Your session is always tailored to your needs to accommodate for whatever physical / emotional state you are in right now.

Table sessions are my standard offering. These employ the use of lotion/oil directly on skin, and have more long gliding strokes. Clients undress to their comfort level and are draped with sheets and blanket.

Pregnancy massage is nourishing for mothers-to-be, and while not as intense as a standard massage, will still deliver stress-relieving pressure, which avoiding certain pressure points. This is performed either face-down up to 26 weeks, or side-lying after 26 weeks, positioning with cushions for safety. Due to using more cushions and sheets for these sessions, there is just an additional $10 charge.

Minors may receive massage and can greatly benefit from sessions, at any age. Guardians will be required to sign a consent form for services.

Cupping can be added to a table massage if specified at the time of booking. Cupping will not involve fire or heat. Cupping creates suction which loosens tight fascia surrounding muscles, allowing greater movement. Cups are placed on the body in stationary positions as well as moved around.

Floor mat sessions typically have more compressions and stretches. My floor sessions are a mix of shiatsu and Thai, with deep tissue techniques. Clients wear comfortable clothes they can move around in.

Chair massage is great for events and get-togethers. I can travel to your location. Minimum 2 hours. A minimum of 6 ft x 6 ft of space is needed. Parking will be charged if only paid parking is available in the area.

Travel massage is at your location in your home, office, or event. Feel relaxed in your environment, and no need to go anywhere after your session! A minimum of 8 ft x 6 ft of space is needed. Book more than one session at your location, and pay the travel fee only once. I am available for some long-distance and multi-day events, just ask!
